I think, since I've become, a nursing leader over the last, ten years or so, vulnerability is something that I've definitely, lent into, and and developed. I think when I was a, a younger nurse, probably wasn't something that, you know, I was keen to sort of explore as much. But since I've looked after a lot of young junior nurses, it's been, something that I've really had to lean into. I think it's, it it shows that you're a bit more authentic and that you don't have to be perfect in your day to day lives or or or your work life. It helps build trust with your team, shows that you're, you know, open to the emotions that come with the the challenges of of being a nurse, and just shows that you're willing to learn and and listen from your staff, and and and, you know, be with them and that they don't have to go through the difficulties alone.
